I have studied meteorology in Hannover since 2004 and graduated in 2010 with a thesis on "Short-term forecasts of wind turbines". Already during this work I was employed as a student assistant at the company GEO-NET Umweltconsulting GmbH in Hannover. From the beginning of 2011, I changed to a permanent position as a wind consultant, provided yield forecasts for wind energy projects in Germany and abroad and was regularly involved in due diligence processes on both the seller and the buyer side. In addition, I was strongly involved in the methodological development of the company's own products and was active as a deputy spokesperson for the wind expert advisory board of the German Wind Energy Association as well as for the expert committee on wind potential of the Fördergemeinschaft Windenergie. In the period 2012 to 2013, I completed a part-time postgraduate course in Oldenburg with the degree "Certified wind energy expert", where I was able to acquire an even broader knowledge of the various project phases in the development of a wind energy project. In November 2019, I was appointed head of department in the wind analytics division and authorized signatory at GEO-NET. Since fall 2020, I have been volunteering as a board member in the energy cooperative NaturEnergie Region Hannover eG. The purpose of the cooperative is the construction of renewable generation plants, in particular rooftop photovoltaic plants, in and around the Hannover Region.

Aktiv beim Fachausschuss Windpotenzial der Fördergemeinschaft Windenergie in der Weiterentwicklung der Technischen Richtlinie Teil 6 (Grundlage der Akkreditierung und Basis für bankfähige Windgutachten).
Erstellung von bankfähigen Windgutachten, Auswertung von Ertragsdaten und Windmessdaten, Technische Due Diligence von Windenergieprojekten, Konzeption von Windmesskampagnen mittels Messmast & LiDAR, Erstellung von Windpotentialstudien. Methodische Weiterentwicklung. Stellvertretender Qualitätsmanager für die ISO/IEC 17025.
