London, England, United Kingdom
Over the past two decades, I have held senior commercial, operational, delivery and governance leadership roles across the energy infrastructure sector, spanning offshore wind, offshore transmission, interconnection and grid stability infrastructure in the UK and international markets. My experience spans the full infrastructure lifecycle, from early-stage development, acquisition and investment through procurement, construction, operational management and long-term asset stewardship. Having operated within developer, investor, owner-operator and regulated asset environments, I bring a practical understanding of the commercial, technical and governance challenges associated with delivering and operating critical energy infrastructure. I currently serve as Delivery Director within the UK transmission sector, with executive responsibility for delivery strategy, procurement, construction readiness, governance, operational performance and investor engagement across a portfolio of transmission and grid infrastructure assets representing more than £4 billion of deployed capital and more than 4GW of connected capacity. As a member of the Management Committee, I contribute to strategic decision-making across the business whilst supporting major programmes that strengthen network resilience, renewable integration and long-term energy security. Prior to this, I held senior leadership positions within Macquarie's offshore wind platform in Taiwan, including responsibility for project assurance, portfolio governance and the commercial management of the Formosa 2 Offshore Wind Farm. Earlier roles included Board Director responsibility for offshore transmission assets representing more than £2 billion of capital employed and over 2,400MW of connected offshore generation capacity, leading acquisition, financing, governance and operational activities. Throughout my career I have worked closely with investors, lenders, regulators, developers, supply chain partners and executive leadership teams to deliver complex infrastructure programmes within highly regulated environments. This experience spans offshore wind, HVDC interconnectors, synchronous compensator projects, transmission infrastructure and operational asset portfolios requiring disciplined governance, commercial judgement and long-term strategic oversight. My focus remains on transmission expansion, interconnection, offshore wind, infrastructure investment and the modernisation of electricity networks required to support future energy demand, network resilience and decarbonisation objectives.

Lead the development and delivery of major transmission, interconnection and grid stability programmes, including synchronous compensator schemes and HVDC infrastructure. Responsibilities extend across operational governance, asset stewardship, risk management, contractor performance, insurance, O&M strategy and long-term infrastructure investment planning. Work closely with investors, regulators and industry stakeholders to support the delivery of infrastructure critical to network resilience, renewable integration and future energy demand.
