After establishing and leading Anti-Doping Services at Sportradar, I am expanding my role to the broader integrity area. While remaining responsible for Anti-Doping, which is a critical element of protecting the integrity of sports, I am now also working together with a team of experts from different integrity areas, combined with 15 years plus experience in anti-doping. Our focus is still to support sports organizations with innovative, data- and technology-driven solutions and a holistic approach to protecting the integrity of sports.

Developing a German national doping prevention strategy harmonized with the National strategy for Doping Prevention. Developing doping prevention projects. Initializing research studies in doping prevention. German representative at Council of Europe - Education Group. Communication and exchange with other Anti-Doping Organizations.
Coordinating and organizing of “in competition” and “out of competition” doping tests. Scheduling and organizing international doping tests in and out of competition in cooperation with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Collaborating with national and international sports associations. Supporting high-performance athletes with “whereabout” issues and the use of the Anti Doping Administration and Management System (ADAMS).
I was a member of several WADA working groups and panels that are dedicated to promoting clean sport on an international level, including the Education Committee. Our common goal is to support clean athletes in their daily pursuit of athletic excellence.
At UEFA's annual youth soccer tournaments, I gave education sessions for athletes, coaches and doctors. These doping prevention workshops offer athletes practical skills that they can apply in their daily lives, whether in training or in competition.
