Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
I work at the intersection of human rights, global supply chains, and evidence-based change. I’m currently a Human Rights & Business Advisor at Fair Wear, supporting apparel brands on their human rights due diligence (HRDD) journeys. My work focuses on brand engagement and translating standards and worker-centred data into practical actions for brands in the garment, textile and footwear sector. My background is in Economics and corporate sustainability, with prior experience in responsible sourcing and human rights due diligence in an agri-food FMCG. Alongside my professional role, I’m a writer and essayist exploring labour, inequality, migration, and post-growth futures. I run the Substack Surviving Paradise and am currently working on a debut novel of the same title. I’m particularly interested in how evidence, narrative, and institutions interact—and how we can push sustainability and human rights work beyond performative compliance toward structural change. 📍 Amsterdam 🔎 Interests: human rights due diligence, labour rights, PMEL, corporate accountabilityl
