This is a field based role with a portfolio of over 100 clients ranging from large National accounts to key independent dealers, this is an extremely challenging multi-faceted role as I support all products categories of the Panasonic consumer electronics business. My core duties are, * To support in-depth training whether that be after hours on the weekend or at a selected location, as I can regularly train over 70 clients at a time, * Support the design, deployment and maintenance of in store branded product displays. * Maintain account relationships whether it be from in store sales colleagues or the business owners making sure they are fully satisfied with the services they are receiving. * Attend regular events such as TPS (The Photography Show), National Trust Imaging weekends assisting in technical pre-sales questions. * Support the training of Panasonics Call Centre in Cluj Romania, making sure that they are fully equipped with the correct knowledge to support Panasonic’s customers. * Assisting our external agency ‘Channel assist’ with Building, managing and training the teams of Panasonic Promoters that we deploy in key National stores to help sell our products. The stores I manage benefit from prime product location due to both the fantastic relationships I have built but also my abilities in negotiating and influencing others. In my experience, successful retail is all in the detail and I use my merchandising expertise to great effect in this role Whilst this is an autonomous role I work closely with both product and marketing Managers to establish a better margin in sales and feeding back on new potential problems reported to myself direct from store level. I also attend regular meetings which involve feeding back to senior management and Managing Director level.
