In my role as Global Program & Transformation Lead, Delivery Operations I am responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing processes for activities toward and touchpoints with our customers. My focus is on developing an underlying program and finding new, more efficient, and more performant ways to deliver the service our customers deserve. • Develop, execute and monitor performance of global program design • Create, manage and validate global roadmap and milestone execution • Identify and review regional program interdependencies, integration and implementation plans • Track global implementation progress & value realization against key indicators; • Support & coach regional leads to implement project plans with strong customer focus and risk mitigations ensuring business continuity with operating units. • Proactively integrate change management and communication into the program with key partners.
