I am currently the CEO and Founder of Grosso University. I have over 16 years of experience in the Home Improvement Industry. Since I began with Home Improvement Selling in 2010, I am proud to have coached some of the highest performing sales forces in the United States! My biggest achievement in my profession is complete and utter mastery of the Grosso Sales Methodology that allows me to train any person with the right attitude to become a $2 Million+ producer. By following and fine tuning the Grosso System and training our sales team to mastery of the process, I have have helped developed teams of over 55 salesperson with a cumulative 50% demo to close ratio company wide! In 2020, my sales team had 18 $2 Million producers, four $3 Million producers and a $4 Million salesperson. My team’s average a company wide slugging average of over $4,000. I have created numerous sales training books, private label programs, presentations and training videos utilized by companies all over the Nation! In 2019 I hosted my 1st Closers Camp in Chicago which consisted of 350 people, making it one of the biggest closers camps in history. I have also written the most comprehensive Bible of Home Improvement Selling in the Industry that is utilized by companies nationwide to grow their sales teams!! I have immense passion for what I do and get massive fulfillment in my life from helping others succeed!! I have a Beautiful Wife and 2 Beautiful Kids who give me their unwavering support for everything I do and I love the friends and family who have encouraged me to pursue my dreams!!
