I’m the Programme Lead at York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, leading the development of a regional delivery platform that can originate, aggregate and take energy and decarbonisation projects to investment readiness at scale to deliver for the region. My focus is on building the institutional, commercial and governance foundations needed to move beyond fragmented, grant‑led delivery and create a coherent pipeline that works for investors, central government and local partners.
Building investible Net Zero systems. As a Net Zero Programme Lead, I lead the development of York and North Yorkshire’s Strategic Energy Partnership and the City Leap Replicator, creating investible regional structures that accelerate decarbonisation. I focus on building coordinated pipelines across retrofit, heat, renewables and EV infrastructure, reducing risk, and attracting private capital. By harnessing the strengths of both city and rural assets, my work helps deliver wider co‑benefits—warm, efficient homes, stronger local supply chains, new green jobs and long‑term regional resilience
