About

I’m a Law student at the University of Sheffield with an analytical and strategic mindset and a strong interest in how businesses are built and how key decisions shape their growth. My journey started with a small gardening business I built from the ground up, using the profits to invest in the stock market. Over time I realised it wasn’t the investing that excited me, but analysing the businesses behind the stocks, how they operated, evolved and made strategic choices. That curiosity led me to study M&A at Utrecht University where I developed a solid foundation in deal strategy, valuation and negotiation. The course further helped define my goal of working on the financial side of M&A, helping to negotiate, structure and execute deals that deliver real commercial impact. Alongside my studies I’ve worked as both a debt advisor and a legal advisor, supporting individuals with financial and legal guidance. This gave me valuable experience in client communication, problem solving and working one-on-one with people to help them make informed decisions. I’m currently working in the sourcing team at The Walt Disney Company where I support negotiations with suppliers, stakeholders and third parties to help deliver cost avoidance and strategic value. Beyond my academic and professional pursuits I used the returns from my early investments to fund a month-long Interrailing trip across Europe, which I really enjoyed and found incredibly rewarding. After a long stretch in competitive swimming I now spend my spare time staying active through football, the gym and the occasional round of golf with friends.
