Doar is Frisian for "door" and "dare". We buy, develop, and rent out residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Amsterdam region. We develop properties with potential to add new housing, build and renovate sustainably to a high standard, and rent within national housing regulations (including the WWS system) at fair market prices.

Backed founders Sirio Küpper and Ajay Singh in building wecantrack, a platform that integrates affiliate data with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. Launched in 2020 and later attracted investment from Awin.
Co-founded Saleduck, which started as a deals platform in Belgium (Solden.be) and grew into the country's #1 before expanding across Europe and Southeast Asia. As CEO I led strategy, international expansion, and team building. In 2020 the headquarters moved to Kuala Lumpur and Sjoerd Copier succeeded me as CEO.
Gratisoptehalen.nl was the biggest "Circular Exchange" classified platforms in the Nederlands, which has been acquired by He Ping B.V.
