In his now for nearly 20 years lasting automotive career Domenico has continuously increased his capability and knowledge for cross functional thinking, acting and realization. Started as simple engineer he became very fast part of the several core teams, for different kind of cooperation projects where whole vehicles have been developed and/or been built. Also in the upcoming world economy crisis in 2008/2009 he was part of a major profitability project considering development, production and marketing measures. His journey continued with the strategic important innovations projects BMW i8, where he was responsible for the realization of the whole light-weight-success-story. Also some deep-dive expert jobs of the whole chassis and driving dynamics scopes for the “BMW i-family” have been in his hands. All these projects have strengthened his major capability for cross functional thinking and knowledge, and being able to manage also complete new jobs like the actual one, where he is the head of an IT-project for a future-proof worldwide homologation.
