Expertise in labour law, EU law, industrial relations and trade union rights, collective bargaining.
I am a civil and labor Lawyer. Since 1990 I work on credit and legal advice. Specifically, my expertise in this area has developed with significant experience in the management of bank credit, secured credit, risk managing, loans. My expertise is certified by scientific collaboration with ABI, which culminated in the publication of two important monographs on the subject: 1) "Bank overdrafts and loans" Edibank, 1996, 2) "Non-performing loans", ABI - Bancaria Editrice, 2003 (the latter is still an essential reference text for the banking sector). Since 2001, moreover, I'm actively dealing with Union activities and research and training in employment law. I work in support of collective bargaining, and I'm now developing a new, transnational collective bargaining framework ("autarchic model") . I am Head of the FIRST CISL Union at Deutsche Bank SpA, and I coordinate collective bargaining. In this context, my work has been translated into a “Commentary on the national collective agreement ", Giappichelli, Torino, 2009. I carry out activities of political bargaining in the whole banking sector, with work to build a plant on the subject of negotiation and organizational well-being of the business climate: "Climate agreements. Commercial pressures and safeguarding personal identity in the company ", Edizioni Lavoro, Rome, 2009. At the international level, I am Head of APF FIRST CISL Research Department. APF acronym for “high professionals and management of financial sector Association”. Some research projects and training, culminated in 3 major reference books: "The labor disputes: the composition of alternative systems. Conciliation and arbitration", ABI - Bancaria Editrice, Roma, 2006; "The individual disputes in Europe ", 2005; "Transnational negotiations in autarchy times", Edizioni Lavoro, Rome 2014
