I am experienced Project Engineer focused on Investment & Maintenance Projects, having planning and wide communication network in the pharmaceutical industry. I have worked for two years in Utilities as a specialist, where I led the 4 different teams which Boiler Center, HVAC, Water System and Installation and Welding Workshop. My career followed as a project engineer in Sanofi. Working at such multinational company has gained me investment-based project experiences. Working closely with external stakeholders and internal technical teams has enabled me to develop my career as an Investment & Maintenance Projects Engineer. Responsible for design (Concept / Basic / Detail) of the Utility systems Conversant with Utility design for pharmaceutical facilities such as solid, non-sterile, liquid, sterile etc. in compliance with various guidelines like cGMP, WHO, ISPE, and other engineering guidelines etc. Preparation of technical specification of each utility equipment. Design Equipment Layout, Piping Layout. Preparation of GA Drawings, Piping Isometrics, Pipe & Component selection, sizing and generating BOM and costing. Support Drawings with Bill of Material. Preparation of standard P&ID's with respect to design. Chillers, Boilers, Cooling tower, Air compressor, etc. Working in coordination with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to help manage deliverable engineering and project management.
Performing quality, conductivity, hardness and various chemical measurements of liquid cycles in Boiler Systems, Chiller Systems and Reverse Osmosis Systems and presenting reports.
