I am an experienced draftsperson and designer with a portfolio of work spanning across innovative residential projects. I have a proven track record in design and construction. With solid technical knowledge and sound knowledge of Australian Building Codes and regulations, I work effectively in a collaborative team environment, combining creativity with critical thinking to deliver results.
Lomma Homes has been designing and building luxury homes in Western Australia since 1975, specialising in custom design builds and stunning homes that truly reflect their clients’ desires and lifestyles. I am responsible for all drafting work, from design and presentation drawings to complete sets of working drawings. I complete 3D rendering of internal and external spaces using ArchiCAD rendering engines and ensure strict compliance with contract specifications and building codes. I manage the preparation of design and presentation drawings and update plans and designs during project construction. I also assist with home design and interior styling across multiple home styles. Building strong working relationships with key business stakeholders including engineers, project managers and local councils, I was also responsible for preparing and lodging council applications and associated documentation.
The Rural Building Co specialises in building rural homes you want to live in, entertain in, relax in and escape to. As a Trainee, I gained experience in preparing technical drawings, 3D rendering and preparing presentation drawings. I furthered my understanding Australian building codes and specifications.
