Keynote and (panel) speaker on CSRD, EU Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance at forums such as Leipziger Messe, Deutsche Telekom, INDIE Hub, Diconium, Gamescom and devcom. Designed and led executive workshops on ESG strategy, climate transition planning and regulatory disclosures. Advised corporates across manufacturing, fashion and automotive sectors and authored ESG and sustainability reports.
Built the CSR Department and Reporting as well as Ratings Management from scratch. Supervised non-financial (CSR) reporting under ESRS / EU Taxonomy; Supervised global corporate CSR strategy. Led a cross-functional team in a publicly listed corporation. Consolidated financial and non-financial annual reports. Created and supervised company-wide cultural projects as well as L&D & R&D projects.
