I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal itself — and my life's work is helping people tap into that potential. As the Interim Chair of the OMM Department, Associate Professor and Residency Program Director at the Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine, I've had the privilege of shaping the next generation of osteopathic physicians. My clinical practice at the Rowan-Virtua NeuroMusculoskeletal Institute brings together Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) and Medical Acupuncture — a combination I believe gives patients the most comprehensive, holistic path to recovery. My journey into osteopathy was anything but conventional. I studied sculpture and neuroscience before discovering a specialty that perfectly united my love of working with my hands and my fascination with how the body functions. That background shapes how I teach, treat, and think about medicine every day. Beyond the clinic and classroom, I'm passionate about making osteopathic medicine accessible to everyone. Through my YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels, I share techniques and education with patients, pre-med students, and curious minds around the world — because you don't have to be in medical school to learn something useful about how to heal your body. I also lead research focused on quantifying the benefits of osteopathic manipulative treatment, working to build the evidence base that will carry our field forward. Osteopathic medicine has given me so much. Every day, I try to give that back. 📍 Greater Philadelphia Area | Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine 🔗 Open to speaking engagements, collaborations, and connecting with fellow DO's and healthcare leaders.
