1. Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process includes: ▪ Demand review: Create unbiased customer demand forecasts over 36 months planning horizon. ▪ Supply review: Manage supply to balance customer service level vs. inventory carrying cost vs. product quality. ▪ Integrated reconciliation: Identify and propose action plans to resolve gap vs. targets (volume and values). ▪ Management business review: Align demand/ supply plan to meet market opportunities and challenges. 2. Orchestrate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affair, Market Access, Commercial Quality, etc.…) to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights and identify end-to-end opportunities where we can accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, end-to-end supply reliability and agility. 3. Connect with local distributors to fulfill patient needs and support ad-hoc problem solving (if any). 4. Connect and partner with regional/global supply chain team to provide local operating company (LOC)’s input and cascade regional/global supply chain strategy into local operating company (LOC). 5. Manage market authorizations (MA), import/export quotas and licenses, especially Controlled Substance products. 6. Create/change product master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan, OMP and other systems. 7. Manage key performance indicators (KPI) for E2E supply chain including cost, service, quality, and compliance
