About

I’m the founder of Stone & Seeds Ventures, a platform focused on building and supporting service-based businesses in areas like education, enrichment, and skill development. Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked closely with enrichment centres, coaches, and service operators — helping them grow their businesses through better systems, marketing, and operational structure. Through this experience, one challenge appeared repeatedly across many service businesses: Growth was often limited not by demand, but by operational bottlenecks. Customer inquiries were missed. Responses were slow. Appointments required manual coordination. Owners became the bottleneck as their businesses grew. After experiencing these same challenges in my own ventures, I began focusing on automation and AI systems that remove these bottlenecks. This led to the creation of Symplify AI, where we design practical automation systems that help service businesses: • respond instantly to customer inquiries • automate appointment bookings • reduce manual administrative workload • capture opportunities that might otherwise be lost Today, Symplify AI focuses on working with dental clinics and aesthetic clinics, helping them convert inbound inquiries — especially through WhatsApp — into confirmed patient bookings automatically. At the same time, through Stone & Seeds, I continue supporting enrichment and education businesses with growth strategy, systems, and partnerships. My long-term interest lies in building systems-driven businesses where technology and automation allow service operators to scale without becoming overwhelmed by operational complexity.
