I am an Independent young Entrepreneur and Human Resource Personnel who has the advocacy to help people achieve their goals, dreams, time and financial freedom through trainings, coaching and life advices. I am a person who really loves to listen to stories of success, achievements, even challenges and failures that would really inspire other people. Helping people to step out of their comfort zone who really want to step up in life and take charge of themselves. For how many years of living, I have found that nothing would really satisfies me more than meeting new people, developing new relationship and bring out the best in them while enjoying and learning.
Training Specialist -Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses -Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path -Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals -Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results -Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions -Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior. -Coordinating with outside trainers to conduct an in-house training.
