Most career advice for early-career professionals (0-10 years) comes from people who haven’t sat on the hiring side of the table in years. I'm not one of them. For over a decade I've worked in People & Operations, building hiring systems, sitting in offer meetings, running performance reviews, deciding who gets the role and who gets the polite rejection. Across startups and corporates, in multiple geographies. Now I coach ambitious early-career professionals on how to navigate the hiring system from the inside out. Not generic "follow your passion" advice. Specific, operator-grade insight on: → What hiring managers actually flag on a CV, and what they ignore. → Why the silence after an interview rarely means what you think it means. → How offer decisions get made when you're not in the room. → The unspoken first-90-days move that separates the promoted from the plateaued. A few things I believe that the standard advice doesn't: → Cover letters are theatre. Stop optimising them. → Your degree class stops mattering 18 months in. Your network never stops mattering. → Most interviewers aren't trying to catch you out. They're looking for a reason to say yes, and you keep giving them reasons to say no. → "Be yourself" is the worst interview advice ever written. Be your most prepared self. Who I work with: graduates and early-career professionals (0–10 years in) who are ambitious, slightly impatient, and ready to play the game properly, not pretend it doesn't exist. How I help: → First Offer Sprint - when you have interviews lined up → Career Launchpad - when you're 3–6 months from graduating → Career OS - for your first 12 months on the job, when you need a thinking partner who knows what's coming What I won't do: → Motivational platitudes. → Generic CV templates. → Pretend that hard work alone is enough. If something here landed, my DMs are open: “SPRINT”: interviews coming up “LAUNCH”: graduating soon “OS”: first year, finding your footing The receipts: — 4,000+ candidates interviewed across startup and corporate hiring — 10+ years in Operations & People (Head of Ops at a 0→1 startup, Senior People Ops at Series B start-up) — Lived in 11 countries (worked in 4), and speak 5 languages — Currently building multiple brands because operators don't just talk about hard things, they do them
