• Provided IT management and support, and development planning, design, and testing for a tiny growing company (15->25 employees) which provides Restaurant Industry benchmarks for sales, traffic, Human Resources, and sentiment. • Rebuilt the internal IT infrastructure to be more stable, with better backups, resiliency of servers, better protected (adding virus hunting, password management and patch management), more secure (camera monitoring and hacker intrusion detection), improved network stability (new switch and replaced faulty Ethernet drops), and properly cooled. • Was one of three primary points of contact for successful SSAE 16 SOC 2 audit.
