GEM Studio is next generation UI which allows control, monitoring, and customization of Genesys’s engagement products (Proactive Engagement, Chat, Co-browse, Mobile Services etc). Built the core of GEM Studio project from scratch. Organized and managed work across multiple departments and teams. Created the original core and architecture design of the GEM platform and extended the team. Mentored junior developers in JavaScript and Web Application Development. Converted product into multi-tenant architecture after the first release.
The service provides the ability to monitor, identify, and proactively engage web visitors in conversations that match business objectives. Led the development of all frontend components: DSL development for web event rules, Chrome extension for DSL builder, widgets development (with cometd etc), building WCS, Agent Desktops Integration, Analytic UIs
