Led 4x growth of Vietnam operations over 18 months at PAVE, a high growth AI-powered computer vision startup aimed at transforming Vehicle Inspections globally. Responsible for owning and leading the Vietnam business, spanning operations, delivery, compliance, cross functional execution with global product, engineering and AI research teams. Key Contributions: • Led 4× business growth in Vietnam, scaling finance, HR, Ops, Inspections and Product teams, delivery capacity, and operational maturity in line with global expansion. • Served as Acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), establishing security governance, risk management, and data protection practices aligned with enterprise and AI-first customer requirements. • Drove AI product integrations across customer environments, partnering closely with product and engineering to operationalize AI solutions at scale. • Head of PAVE in Vietnam, representing the company internally and externally while aligning local execution with global strategy. Drove massive savings and operational optimizations initiatives, including systems, processes and people changes over the last 18 months.
