Rebuilt and scaled Voy’s Product, Design and Engineering organisation from 40→120 FTE and led major platform and product expansion across consumer health. Delivered AI-powered consumer and operational products, expanded weight loss into a daily-use platform, and improved engineering velocity, retention and operational efficiency.

    Prehendo was an ad tech company for retailer-owned media inventory. Raised $1.5M from institutional investors, recruited the founding team, shipped the core product, and secured early customer traction. While ultimately unsuccessful as a venture outcome, built deep operating muscle in fundraising, enterprise sales, product-market fit discovery, and hands-on building.

Joined as Hopin’s first VP Engineering during hypergrowth to scale the platform & team from 35 FTE and was later promoted to GM with full P&L ownership across Product, Design and Engineering. Led product launches, M&A and platform scaling as Hopin expanded from virtual events into hybrid and onsite experiences, supporting growth from ~$5M to $100M+ ARR across a combined ~370 FTE organisation.
