Primary PMM for a 100M+ product, focused on driving revenue and increasing adoption. -Research: Conducted research via bi-annual churn analysis and quarterly Voice-of-Field/Voice-of-Customer sessions to uncover gaps and opportunities in the product. -Advocacy: Partnered with Product, Pricing, Sales/CSO, Enablement, and ROI teams (across NAMER/EMEA/APAC) to build solutions based on key research insights. -GTM: Lead go-to-market for 5 product launches which required creating internal/external messaging and over a dozen types of content.
