Lead the technical implementation of Epic software for a specialty physician practice including the planning of a technical dress rehearsal and go-live. To do so, I partnered with customer executives to reach key project milestones and to plan long term software and hardware strategy. As part of the implementation, I owned planning and configuration to integrate third party solutions with the Epic platform while also managing Epic application support and server administrators at Epic Hosting.
Worked with multiple U.S. hospital systems on the maintenance and improvement of their electronic medical record software. To do so, I prioritized and provided regular updates to over a hundred concurrent issues. Additionally, I worked with software developers to design software enhancements based on end-user feedback and customer needs. Assisted with the testing and implementation of new software development.
