Divas is a backend-focused Software Engineer (SDE-2) at Atlassian, working in the Cloud Transition organization, where he focuses on migrating Atlassian applications from Data Center to Cloud. His work involves designing and building cloud-native backend services, enabling scalable, reliable migrations, and supporting customers in their journey to the Atlassian Cloud. In his current role, he works extensively on distributed systems and microservices, improving migration reliability, performance, and platform automation at scale. He collaborates closely with product and platform teams to ensure secure, seamless, and high-quality cloud transitions. Previously, Divas worked at Deutsche Bank, building backend systems for enterprise HR and finance platforms, with experience in microservices architecture, platform automation, and large-scale cloud migration initiatives. His core technical stack includes Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Kubernetes, with a strong emphasis on system design, performance optimization, and clean, maintainable code. He previously interned at Samsung R&D and is a Computer Science graduate from NIT Warangal, driven by product-first teams, ownership, and solving real-world problems at scale.
