I am a senior asset and corporate management executive with experience as a Chair of the Management Committee, Conducting Officer, Board Member, CEO, and Managing Director. My background combines banking, asset servicing, and cross-border financial services with deep expertise in asset management, governance, compliance, distribution, product strategy, risk management, and operating models. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping financial services organisations build sustainable, well-governed businesses. I bring hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of investment vehicles, AIFMs, and management companies, with a strong focus on Luxembourg and international markets. My career includes Big Four roles in external audit and consulting, followed by senior leadership positions as Department Head, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer in the financial services industry. I hold an MBA from École de Management in Lyon, France, bachelor’s degrees from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom and Hochschule Bremen in Germany, and have completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme. I work fluently in German, English, French, and Luxembourgish.
