Berlin Metropolitan Area
At Amsterdam Berlin, a Berlin-based agency focused on experiential brand strategies for luxury and premium brands, I operated at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity and business development. For international clients including Under Armour, Nike, AMG, IWC and Porsche, I developed positioning frameworks, brand architectures and campaign-ready big ideas. My work combined analytical depth with creative clarity and was regularly presented at C-level.
At WAALD, The Narrative Consultancy, I worked within the Humane Technology practice, developing strategic narratives that connect societal discourse, technological innovation and business ambition. I translated cultural analysis and social listening into positioning frameworks and actionable strategies for clients such as Ableton, ESR Labs and the Federation of German Industries (BDI). I presented strategic work at C-level, contributed to the methodological development of the practice and later moved into a business development role to help strengthen the company during the Covid-19 period.
As one of the first full-time hires at Factory Berlin, I helped scale the organization from a small founding team to nearly 50 employees. Working closely with the leadership team, I shaped the company’s marketing and brand development during a period of rapid growth. I translated strategic direction into integrated marketing initiatives, strengthened brand positioning and contributed to investor communications as well as structural company development.
