I work on developing strategies to mitigate the effects of climate change, conduct research and advise Henkel on policies and practices to reduce the carbon footprint and adapt to environmental changes ranging from water to biodiversity impacts. I also specialize in helping Henkel to comply with the CSRD. I guide teams in collecting, analyzing, and disclosing information on our environmental practices. I ensure that we meet disclosure requirements, align with global sustainability standards, and transparently communicate our sustainability efforts to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
