Open minded and ambitious working on a vision of sustainable future aviation (civ, mil, drones) solutions in the world. Thank you for the motivating work on such great projects like SESAR, Skyways amongst others. Great spirit in those teams and across Airbus is helping a lot! Also thank you to the feedback and contributions from outside of Airbus, which is very much appreciated at any point in time!
Coordinating the development of the product Family Fortion®1Sky Control / 1Sky Tower and 1Sky UTM. Aiming at cloud-based solutions for modern ATM (Air Traffic Management) and also UTM (Unmanned aircraft system Traffic Management), which are scalable from local drone test stations up to country-wide Air Surveillance and Coordination Centres. Core aspects are adhearance to current legal and airworthyness regulations, safety analysis and measures, utilization of international relevant standards plus implementation of sustainable Interfaces between existing ATM/ATC (Air Traffic Control) Systems and growing UTM-Services, as well for Military / NATO but also for zivil use. - Chair of WG-105 SG3 "Unmanned Traffic Management" EUROCAE (in 2019). - Member of EASA UTM Expert Group, working on Aceptable Means of Compliance (ACM) und Guidance Material (GM) in 2021. - Since Juli 2021: Point of contact for NATO/EUROCONTROL ATM Security Coordinating Group (NEASCOG) within Airbus Defence and Space (DE).
