• Led the Technical Department of a highly automated mass production plant at Beiersdorf, overseeing Project Engineering, HSE, and Facility Management. • Managed a team of 90 employees while directing a €30M+ Capex budget to ensure operational reliability and safety excellence. • Implemented sustainable efficiency improvements to enhance production processes and reduce operational risks.
