Co-founded FACTS as a science-driven company setting a new benchmark for evidence-based health products. Designed and launched the industry’s first modular, stack-safe supplement ecosystem in under nine months. • Built the first modular NEM product ecosystem • Designed EFSA-compliant formulations with strong scientific logic • Built multi-country regulatory + NEM frameworks (DACH/ES) • Managed manufacturing, QC, supply chain, and packaging • Co-developed commercialization strategy and premium positioning
Steered the establishment and growth of Design Pharmaceuticals Inc., advancing early drug discovery in collaboration with major pharmaceutical partners. Oversaw organisational frameworks across the US, France, and China, and held full P&L accountability. • Defined corporate and business strategy; secured critical technologies via licensing agreements with leading U.S. and French universities. • Built and systematised the integration process for in-licensed technologies to enable robust pharmaceutical collaboration programmes. • Elevated organisational maturity through a Quality Management policy and system, improving productivity, process reliability, cost efficiency, and employee capability. • Developed a strong pipeline of pharma partnerships, securing collaborations with two of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. • Raised $5M in pre-Series A funding from institutional investors and family offices. • Finalised the establishment of Design Pharmaceuticals China in Shanghai.
Co-establish Biomillenia SAS, originating from ESPCI Paris and Harvard University (USA), found upon a cutting-edge droplet microfluidics technology platform. Devise and execute the corporate and business strategy whilst spearheading the development of service operations for industrial applications in microbiome. Merged the company with Design Pharmaceuticals Inc. • Secured funding for the development and functioning of the company's technology platform through a strategic blend of investments and service contracts with multinational corporations such as MERCK, BASF, AMYRIS. • Pioneered the creation of the inaugural commercial service offering, specialising in microbiome-oriented cell banking and ingredient testing particularly in the domain of skin microbiome models. • Established the company from the ground up, achieving remarkable growth with a minimal investment of €1.5M. • Spearheaded the expansion solely through revenue from commercial collaborations. • Successfully filed 11 patent families, propelling innovation in platform technology within microbiology applications. Biomillenia SAS merged with Design Pharmaceuticals Inc.
