About

Drawing from 18+ years of global R&D and product innovation leadership at QIAGEN, and 10+ years in drug discovery, biotech, and entrepreneurship, I help biotech and deep-tech founders move faster and make confident scientific and commercial decisions. Most teams don’t struggle with science. They struggle with decisions — at every stage from idea to market. Whether you are defining your R&D roadmap, mapping critical development decisions, designing a new product, navigating regulatory constraints, selecting a manufacturing route, or preparing for commercialization, the same underlying issues appear: 1. Too many possible paths 2. Unclear priorities 3. Slow decision-making 4. Unnecessary steps 5. Misaligned teams 6. Weak translation between science, product, and business 7. Difficulty turning insights into action This is where I help. I use a simple but powerful 4-part system: 1. Clarity I distill scientific, technical, product, and commercial complexity into the essential few decisions that determine success. No jargon. No noise. Just what matters. 2. Decisions I create founder-ready decision frameworks so teams can move quickly and confidently — without revisiting issues repeatedly. 3. Speed I eliminate unnecessary research activities, inefficient or redundant R&D loops, regulatory detours, and cross-functional friction — compressing timelines significantly. 4. Translation I translate complex science into clear customer needs, product requirements, and commercially relevant insights. If your R&D, product development, or commercialization feels slow, unclear, or fragmented, I bring the clarity and decision architecture needed to execute — fast and confidently. Book a 20-minute Clarity Session with me. Your science can move much faster.
