Responsibility for supporting the sales team in all technical aspects of the sales process including presentations, demos, proof of value, pilots, technical workshops, technical account management etc. while working close with Field & Insides Sales, Partners, Product Management & Engineering to be a conduit of technical requirements to & from EDB to the clients. First anticipated doing most of the business in Germany it turned out that the maintained accounts during the engangement with EDB were also located in Switzerland, Austria, Poland, UK, Italy and Benelux.
International project support of midsize and large software environments for centralized control, logical process optimization and ressource planning at airports, for airlines and for groundhandler. Installation and configuration, testing, 24-7 support and technical trainings/workshops on customer site as well in Germany as international especially in Russia, USA and Scandinavia. Sizing, installation, configuration and administration of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases as well for internal developement-, test- and support teams as productive on international customer environments especially in Switzerland, Russia, USA and Turkey. Support and consulting for customers regarding the operation of Oracle databases not included in the INFORM SLAs. Monitoring of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and performance analytics/-tunings related to the INFORM own software products. Recruiting and organisation for a 24-7 2nd-level support teams to provide technical support in the topics hosting, databases and infrastructur to the 1st level support.
