I am responsible for the development of training material and technical training delivery to motorcycle technicians. Our training meets both theory and practical exercises and assignments. I am also responsible for the certification of these technicians after the training courses was completed.
I had an opportunity to apply for an internal transfer from Imperial Renault to Imperial Technical Training Academy. I transfered to the position as an Apprentice Trainer. and during the first 12 months of employment I completed my Facilitator course with NQF level 5 certification.
Certified Renault EM and Co-Tech and I was performing mostly diagnostic repairs, quality control and communicating with customers.
Automotive Apprenticeship 2002-2006 I was then employed as a qualified technician.
