As a Jobsharing Promoter and (Joint) Leadership Coach, I help individuals and organizations discover the benefits of jobsharing in leadership positions, such as increased diversity, retention, higher productivity, quality, and decision-making. I also offer business and life coaching services to support leaders in (re-)focussing on who they are, what their talents are finding balance and meaning and to develop their skills, personality, and performance. As Head of Strategic Relations at NetApp, I am responsible for the strategic and long-term relationships with our public sector clients and partners. Data is the lifeblood of digital transformation and Netapp's Intelligent Data Infrastructure is at the heart of digitalization.
