- Owning full profit & loss responsability of the Belgium legal entity, with power of attorney. - Reporting and advising the Western European CEO and the international division directors. - Managing field sales, marketing, technical, financial, warehouse and customer service staff. - Identifying profitable business development target areas and opportunities: 1/ in the building market, in particular HVAC, renewable energy and window systems. 2/ in the infrastructure market, in particular water management solutions.
