Education has always been a big theme at the dinner table. I enjoy the lively discussion with my partner - who is a teacher- about how much synergy there could be when some best practices from organizational coaching, agile leadership and collaboration frameworks such as S3 or Holacracy find their way into how schools could provide education in a more digital world. With COVID, the flemish government started the "Digisprong" project, an innovative approach to teaching in an ever increasing digital world. To validate some of the discussion points with my partner, I decided to step out of the sideline and into the playing field.
