• Lead a team of Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts • Implementation of SAP Signavio
• As-Is analysis of Business Process and Master Data Management domains • Develop approach to introduce Business Process Management as a structured and sustainable initiative • Design and ramp up a Process Organisation incl. all aspects of organisation and role model, promotion as well as internal recruiting • Introduce BPM Steering Board to align and integrate with company organisation and management directors • Accompany initiative by appropriate Change Management
