° Key account management and acquisition for the business unit fixed network - optical solution ° Delivering full turnkey solutions and pre-sales consulting for optical projects and FTTC/H/B ° Coordination, control and management to deliver projects - on time, on budget ° Responsible for Customer care - rollout business for technical and commercial aspects
° Project delivery managment - Implementation of european-wide wireline and optical solutions in pan-european carrier networks. ° With full experience of deployment of NGN/OTN networks with xWDM, SDH MPLS and GbE standards at the overhead level, able to lead teams from the project management perspective. ° Experienced with pre-sales, presenting technical solutions, CAE design and implement technical solutions from the high level design to the low level design to deliver projects on time, all in one comprehensive, high quality yet cost effective solution.
° Ownership of Upgrade Projects, requiring Project Management skills of working through teams to be able to report the project on time, on budget and to high standards. ° Commissioning and Integration of Nortel SDH and optical xWDM plattform. Subsequent SLAT testing and handover of network elements to the customer network. ° 24 hour support covering 2nd and 3rd line maintenance for the whole Nortel SDH (all optical products) and Network Management System (Preside) Platform ° Above duties covered alarm management, resource management and most importantly problem resolution under strict time pressures.
