Experiences with chemical and biological production methods for API including reaction, fermentation (e-coli, cell culture), extraction, destillation, separation technologies, chromatography, membrane adsorption, UF/DF. Experiences include conceptual design studies including cost estimation as well as completed projects including basic and detailed design, procurement support, construction support, cold/hot commissioning and qualification. Specialties: Integration of processes into cleanroom facilities, skidded separation and purification equipment including membrane adsorption, water systems, steam in place, perfusion bioreactors, GMP compliant documentation
