I launched my career in 1995 at Ploenzke AG (now DXC Technology Deutschland), where I began developing deep expertise in SAP technologies and enterprise transformation. Over the years, I have held a range of leadership roles as a Management Consultant and SAP Project Manager, delivering business-critical solutions based on SAP and third-party platforms. Key areas of my expertise include: • Managing global SAP rollout programs across North America, Europe, South Africa, India, Brazil, Singapore and Australia • Designing and implementing integrated business and technical solutions in Controlling and Finance • Leading business process optimization, training, and change management initiatives • Driving end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, leveraging the SAP Activate methodology At Leica Camera AG, I spearheaded the company’s SAP S/4HANA transition from inception. I successfully led a pre-project to prepare the organization for a smooth and efficient migration, laying the foundation for a long-term success. In my most recent role at Körber AG, I was responsible for the full lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA rollout within the Pharma business area – overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across all project phases. Currently, I work as Senior Functional Manager Portfolio at Fraport AG within the Information and Communication Services (IUK) division. In this role, I oversee the strategic and operational management of a sub-portfolio of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with Fraport’s broader objectives. I work cross-functional with key stakeholders to provide both technical and financial governance across the portfolio.
