Building the European reuse infrastructure for the green industry. As Managing Director and co-founder of Euro Plant Tray, I am leading the development of a European circular economy solution designed to replace around 700 million single-use plastic plant trays with a standardized reusable system. Together with growers, wholesalers, retailers and industry partners, we are creating a scalable return-and-reuse network that delivers both environmental and economic value across the entire horticultural supply chain. My focus areas include company building, strategic partnerships, product development, financing and crowdfunding, business operations, sales, marketing, public relations and stakeholder engagement. Our goal is to make reusable transport packaging the new industry standard and to drive one of the largest circular transformation projects within the European horticulture sector.
