Throughout my career, I have built & scaled partner ecosystems that drive transformation, growth, & market leadership for some of the world’s leading companies. With extensive experience across EMEA, the Americas, & APJ, I have founded & led high-performing sales, operations & marketing, partner organizations—developing go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact. My work spans hardware, software, services, & industry solutions—building RTM & GTM engines that unlock growth through ecosystems, operating models, & execution at scale. I have led teams & partner networks across 150+ countries, building multi-billion-dollar revenue engines. Recognized as an industry-leading Channel Chief (CRN, IMPARTNER, PCR), my ecosystem relationships span the full partner spectrum—across GSIs, consultancies, systems integrators, service providers, ISVs, OEMs, distributors, resellers, MSPs/CSPs, hyperscalers, digital marketplaces, referral & agency models, & emerging innovators. I am passionate about designing operating models & cultures that enable collaboration at the highest level—empowering teams, accelerating execution, & creating lasting impact across complex global organizations. Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to social causes. I serve on the boards of Action for Children, supporting vulnerable young people across the UK, & the RSPCA, advocating for the welfare of animals in need.     I led the build, enablement & execution of ZOOMs Partner Ecosystem transitioning from a direct sales motion scaling growth via partners. The transformation resulted in +50% of revenues becoming partner originated inside 24 months | certification of +45k partner sales/technical professionals within the ecosystem | expansion of ZOOMS geographic coverage from 15% to 100% via new Tier 1 / 2 & strategic partnership agreements. In some countries we pivoted to a channel first / channel only GTM.

    I led global teams on Accenture, Cap Gemini, Deloitte, Atos, WIPRO, HCL, TCS, DXC, IBM, Cognizant & PWC operating across 87 countries. My group spearheaded the identification of new RTM’s by building services & solutions with these partners to address new markets & new multi-million-dollar solutions for consumption. This encompassed AWS marketplace for other partners to resell these offerings. In 4 years my group grew these partnerships from $350 million to +$5 billion ARR.

    I led the WW separation of channels during the Symantec | VERITAS demerger. This encompassed an e2e rebuild of Sales, Operations, Systems, Process, Programs, RTM & GTM for what was in essence a 'startup'. Post change the new channel contribution baseline was 20% which my group grew to +75% moving VERITAS to becoming channel first in over +75% of the countries we were operating within. Previously to assuming the WW channel chief role I was the WW VP Channel Strategy, Operations, Programs & previous to this the EMEA VP Channels, Alliances & GSI.
