Worked to support up to 15 separate clients (some with multiple international sites) that used primarily VMWare virtual environments. Collaborated with outside vendors to integrate their interactive voice response software into the Citrix Metaframe environment to allow the interaction of the software with the company’s customer database system. Organized with key user community testers and the developers of the customer database system to determine the server hardware and operating system requirements of new client software releases, the rollout and rollback plans for such systems, and to establish timelines for key rollout activities. Continually interfaced with outside developers to track down and duplicate user reported issues with client software and to come up with testing platforms and solutions for such issues. Worked alongside a team of in-house developers to define the infrastructure they needed in terms of server disk space, memory amount, processing power, file system security and necessary redundancy and error reporting features for specific software projects that they were constructing.
