Responsible for overall operation of the QC Department of a 25 aircraft part 135 charter operation. Assure methods and techniques used in maintenance and inspections of company aircraft are based on current data and fall within the applicable FAR. In a current status, maintain all pertinent FARs, Advisory Circulars, TCDS, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and 337s for each aircraft. Maintain a close liaison with the local FSDO to ensure safe and current operation. Established and maintain a CASS program to present sufficient data to recognize, diagnose, correct, and prevent maintenance inefficiencies. Ensure all maintenance policies and procedures meet Argus, IS-BAO, and Wyvern standards. • Monitor a RII program • Monitor a current calibrated tool program • Monitor W&B and 91.411/91.413 requirements for the fleet • Perform and monitor company training programs • Perform pre-buy inspections • Perform conformity inspections complete with a data package for submission to the FSDO • Customize the MMEL for an MEL submission for each aircraft • Add and remove aircraft to company Op Specs as required • Audit contracted vendors and maintain relationships with them
Manage the preventative maintenance, maintenance, and inspection programs on three Gulfstream G200s, a Hawker 800XP, and a Cessna CJ3 through the use of CAMP and CMP. Maintain executive level relationships with clients while managing over 50 million dollars of their assets including everything from the acquisition to the sale of the aircraft and everything in between. • 80 hour maintenance initial course on Cessna CJ1/CJ2/M2. Maintain and assist in inspection of the following aircraft: • Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream G650, Global 6000, Falcon 2000 Classic, Falcon 50, Falcon 900, Piaggio, King Air 300, Lear 60, Citation Excel, Challenger 300 and 604, and Citation M2.
