My responsibilities include oversight and management of a portfolio of properties varying from Commercial, Conventional, Subsidized, etc. I oversee the staff, vendors, and contractors for the department, implement, monitors, and supervises all policies and programs, budgets, contracts, contracted services, and staff related to rental property management, as well as maintenance and facilities operations. I am also responsible for the more than $100 million dollars in assets. I ensure that all staff is trained and has all the tools that are available to be successful, implemented a Compliance Department to provide for consistent internal controls, attend Board Meetings; and ensure all contractual obligations are being met w/HUD, HCR, TAP, etc.,
