Create organizational Agile maturity through contributions of improved delivery methods for responsible ARTs and/or across portfolios.
Led digital, insurance and financial crime (Fraud , AML) teams to undergo agile transformation by leveraging SAFe framework. Working closely with product managers, product owners, scrum masters, leadership to ensure teams transform successfully from waterfall to Agile framework.
Shape Enterprise strategy work streams like payments, scale, partnerships. Work with segments and functions to assist them in their strategy, business case, KPIs and operation planning. Work with leadership team and board to perform strategic planning reviews and identify top initiatives. Coordinate with OCC to successfully complete OCC exams.
Banking & Capital Market | Digital Transformation
Led digital transformation and technology for retail, consumer and mortgage lending business. This will integrate digital platform (Point of Sale) with existing loan origination system (BKFS) and other downstream system. This will further include digital closing which is part of digital mortgage. Credit Lifecycle Management, Commercial Lending, Business Capabilities Management (BCM), Zelle (P2P), Apple Pay, digital strategy, business case analysis, Total cost of ownership, NPV analysis Managed team of Data Analysts and Team Leads tasked with creation and maintenance of objects in the business facing data presentation layer of M&T's Enterprise Data Warehouse. Team members assigned to various business units to gather requirements, manage delivery, shape testing plans, and support on-going BAU maintenance. Presentation objects included production of various FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q schedules and Commercial loan data files for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) stress testing.
