Construction of OVER HEAD SERVICE RESERVOIR (Capacity:-450 Cum TO 1660 Cum (Staging Height:- 18 Mtr. To 26 Mtr.) with Guard Room, Internal Road, Drain and Boundary Wall with all complete up to Hydrotesting of the Structure. Review of Pipe line design, drawing & Approval of L section drawing of pipe line from consultant, Execution of 260 km DI Pipe line of different dia.(100 mm to 600 mm.) with proper fitting, installation of valves, thrust blocks and complete all with Hydrotesting. Role and Responsibility: - Assist Project Manager/Dy. Project Manager in providing services for supervision of construction, Quality & Quantity assurance & control of Rehabilitation, Construction and Management of Bhagalpur Water Supply Project works as outlined in the relevant documents issued by Client and to ensure a responsiveness and timely response to all needs of client in the most professional work ethics. Assist Project Manager/Dy. Project Manager in preparation of RFP for subcontracting the work. Preparation and Review of BOQ, BBS & RFI as per drawing and site conditions. Scrutiny the Contractor’s work programme (CPM/PERT Charts) and scheme for the deployment of plant, equipment and machinery for approval of the client. Monitoring/Supervision of progress of work in OHSR and Pipe line works. Review and acceptance of test results for manufactured materials required for structure works such as steel, cement, pipes, valves and DI fittings. Maintaining record of all materials at site and review Contractor’s procurement schedule and assist the Project Manager in issuance of instructions to the Contractor’s for correcting the same, if deemed necessary. Quality control test of all materials and completed works and ensure that all materials and completed works are as per technical specifications. Verify manufacturer’s certificates. Assist in preparation of project completion report. Assist in Final Inspections of works.
Review of Pipe line design, drawing & Approval of L section drawing of pipe line from consultant. Planning, Execution and Supervision of 6 km MS Pipe line of different dia. (300 mm to 1200 mm dia.) with proper fitting, installation of valves, thrust blocks complete all with Hydrotesting and Road Restoration work.
In-charge of the whole project and sole responsible for the progress of the project with quality and delivering the projects work in time, within the budget and resources allocated. Monitoring the project execution team, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying project risks, and developing innovative solutions that help achieve organizational goals. Allocating tasks to the project management team and providing regular guidance to team members. Developing positive relationships with associates and clients. Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans and maintaining high team performance and productivity and fully responsible for overall supervision & regulating the construction work of 55 MLD Intake Well, 44 MLD WTP, 80 nos. of Cast-in-situ ESR, 65 nos. of precast ESR, 1500 km DI pipe line, 2500 km HDPE pipe line and other civil construction works. Project cost is 650 Crores.
In-charge of the construction of Water Supply Project and fully responsible for overall supervision & regulating the construction work of 35 MLD & 11.10 MLD WTP, Intake well, Floating Jetty, GLSR, ESR, UGR, DI pipe line, HDPE pipe line and other civil construction works. Project cost is 545 Crores.
