• Draft the content for all internal communications emails and different campaigns for Employees. • Coordination with communication champions regarding various inputs for internal communications tools like GVK WORLD and GVKonnect at various locations. • Visualize, Conceptualize and Design for GVK WORLD magazine, e-newsletter, brochures and advertisements, and other creative for events. • Coordinating with the different agencies for all the different kinds of work. • Applying for different relevant awards for GVK from time to time. • Manage the social media platform for GVK to ensure effective communication internally and externally. • Archiving the relevant GVK’s various images, videos for internal and external requirements. • Ensure that all logos, symbols, signatures are used as per GVK’s guidelines internally and externally. • Keeps track of GVK and Industry related news as and when it happens. • Assist in the Content generation for various internal and external communications tools.
• Craft and planning the different ideas for the campaigns and other creative’s for a different client after the brief. • Plan and ideate the structure for the conference and events • Lead creative team, co-ordination with Art Director, Creative Head and assists my team for the designing work, production assistance and quality control. • Prepare style sheet for different kinds of photo shoots for different client according to the requirement. Done different photo shoot under my guidance. • Monitor and check the final file before the production to access the good output with the relevant team.
